Ceecorp

Ceecorp was contracted to undertake excavation works at the former Ford manufacturing plant in Lidcombe.  The 20,000sqm site was being developed into a whole of site warehouse and distribution facility for Synnex.

 

The works involved:

• Creating building platforms for the 6,400sqm building slab

• Excavating foundations for warehouse buildings

• Constructing subsoil drainage for long term pavement stability

• Compacting, lime stabilisation, laser levelling and preparation for external pavements including footpaths, driveways and carparks

• Excavating and backfilling flood management and stormwater detention tanks
