Manly Leagues Club was implementing extensive renovations to its facilities which included creating new outdoor areas. 

 

To make way for the new facilities, Ceecorp undertook detailed demolitions to the existing structure including:

​

• the removal of external fire stairs

• partial removal of internal slabs and structural members to make way for new internal fire stairs;

• earthworks for new foundations; and

• the progressive strip out of the club rooms to allow for reconfiguration and renovations.
   

All works were carried out while the club was fully operational.
